Chicago Wolves right wing Darren Haydar has been named to the 2010-11 American Hockey League Second All-Star Team. This marks the first time since the 2007-08 season the Wolves have had a player named to a year-end All-Star Team, and the third time HAYDAR has been recognized with the league honor (First Team, 2006-07; Second Team, 2008-09).

Chicago Wolves playoff tickets for the first round of the 2011 Calder Cup Playoffs will go on sale Fri., April 1, at 11 a.m. The dates, times and opponents for the postseason remain to be determined.

The Chicago Wolves have assigned left wing Kip Brennan to the Central Hockey League’s Allen Americans (CHL).

Chicago Wolves right wing Spencer Machacek has been named the team’s winner of the 2010-11 IOA/American Specialty Man of the Year Award for his outstanding commitment to the Chicagoland community during the 2010-11 season.

ROSEMONT, Ill.---The Chicago Wolves pulled within one goal late in the third period but couldn’t find the equalizer as the Rockford IceHogs earned the 3-2 win before 11,255 fans at the Allstate Arena Sunday night.

The Chicago Wolves have signed defenseman Will Colbert (COLE-bert) to a Professional Tryout Contract (PTO).
