Eligibility:
Requests for donations are limited to not-for-profit organizations located in the state of Illinois and are limited to one request per organization during the Chicago Wolves season. Exceptions can be made on a limited basis.
Donation Application Process:
We require a formal donation request letter submitted in writing, on organization letterhead. All donation requests should include the following:
- Contact information for the organization
- 501(c)3 status
Requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the date of the event
Donation requests will be fulfilled approximately one month before the date of the event.
