The Alzheimer's Association's vision is a world without Alzheimer's disease. Our mission is to eliminate Alzheimer's disease and other dementias through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementias through the promotion of brain health.
American Epilepsy Outreach Foundation
The American Epilepsy Outreach Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization established in honor of Emmet Leyden, a young boy who is living with epilepsy. The foundation's mission is to raise the public's awareness of epilepsy through advocacy and education, as well as to provide support for children with epilepsy and their families. We will strive to eliminate stigma and dispel the myths surrounding epilepsy.

The mission of the Breast Cancer Network of Strength is to ensure, through information, empowerment, and peer support, that no one faces breast cancer alone. To fulfill this mission, the Breast Cancer Network of Strength provides information and support to those touched by breast cancer, their families, healthcare professionals, and the public, and advocates for scientific research and for the rights of people with breast cancer.
Community Health Charities
The mission of Community Health Charities is to provide every employee the opportunity to support medical research, health education and patient services through charitable giving in the workplace. Our goal is to advise employers and individuals the convenience of "one-stop" health support, but with the ability to direct donations to the specific member health charities that you want to support. Contributions are used for research, patient services, and education.
Easter Seals Metropolitan Chicago
In response to our communities, Easter Seals Metropolitan Chicago provides comprehensive services for individuals with disabilities or other special needs and their families to improve quality of life and maximize independence.
Facing Forward To End Homeless
Facing Forward to End Homelessness ends homelessness for families and individuals by offering hope, help and housing. Facing Forward provides permanent housing, education, advocacy, and social services.
First Step Foundation
The purpose of the Foundation is to provide psychological counseling to quadriplegics at no cost to them. The Foundation believes that the unique emotional and psychological needs of these individuals -- and the satisfaction of those needs -- is important to their emotional well being. In light of the limited state-mandated benefits available for counseling, the goal of the Foundation is to arrange for and provide counseling to quadriplegics who may not otherwise have the resources to obtain access to such services.
Girls on the Run
Girls on the Run® is a nonprofit prevention program that encourages preteen girls to develop self-respect and healthy lifestyles through running. Our curricula address all aspects of girls' development - their physical, emotional, mental, social and spiritual well-being.
Helping from Heaven
Helping From Heaven, is a 501 (c) (3) not for profit foundation dedicated to improving the comfort and quality of life for children with special needs. This will be accomplished by providing education, therapy and playground equipment, therapy toys, resources, and scholarships for families and therapists in need of financial assistance and/or community support.
The International Dyslexia Association
The International Dyslexia Association (IDA) is a 501(c)(3) not for profit, scientific, and educational organization dedicated to the study and treatment of the learning disability, Dyslexia. IDA focuses its resources in four major areas: information and referral services, research, advocacy and direct services to professionals in the field of learning disabilities.

Willow House
Willow House is a social service organization dedicated to helping children, teens, families and communities who are coping with death and dying. Services include support groups, educational resources and referrals, community outreach and special programs and workshops. These programs are community based so that they are easily accessible and foster peer support and interaction among the bereaved within the comfort and familiarity of their own communities.
